Drew is a male domestic short hair kitten looking for his new home. His foster parents described him as a little shy at first, but sweet once he knows you. Drew is available for adoption at Animal Allies Humane Society.

Energy Democracy: Germany's Energiewende/Facebook

Germany is well on its way to phasing out fossil fuels and nuclear energy and replacing them with renewables.

But in a stunning display of democracy (?), everyday people are driving this energy transition (called "Energiewende" which, literally translated, means "energy turn").

Trampled by Turtles' first show at Bayfront Festival Park in Duluth since reuniting after a hiatus to release their latest album, Life is Good on the Open Road, drew a sell-out crowd of around 10,000.

The Superior Shorts series is billed as "short fiction on a theme read live on stage by local performers."
